We have been working for EveMotion as a forwarding and fulfillment specialist since 2015: from import and customs clearance to transport to our warehouses and secure packaging and shipping of the balcony power plants. Several hundred shipments are sent to private individuals in Germany and Austria every day.
A particular challenge: the strongly fluctuating quantities, triggered both by peaks in demand and by production in China. "We decide at short notice in which of our warehouses we will handle and pick a container load - fortunately, we have the corresponding capacity and flexibility," explains René Fichtner, Branch Manager Rieck Fulfillment Solutions.
The good, cooperative partnership with short decision-making paths and quick solutions on both sides also helps here: "Rieck always reacts extremely flexibly to our requirements and special features. This helps us enormously in a constantly changing market environment and for fast delivery to our customers," summarizes Michael Wendorf, Managing Director of EveMotion.
