At Rieck, we rely on the potential of our employees - and on a shared future. Twenty years ago, Nadine Möller began her career at the Rieck Logistics Group as an apprentice in freight forwarding and logistics services. After successfully completing her training, she remained loyal to the company and moved to Rieck Waste Disposal Logistics in 2016. That was just the beginning.
With her continuous commitment and expertise, it quickly became clear: she can and wants more! Less than four years later, she took over as Head of Logistics and was also given power of attorney. Then, in 2023, she was given sole responsibility for traffic management. Now the next big step is imminent: Nadine Möller has been responsible for the operational management of Rieck Waste Disposal Logistics since December 1, 2024. Together with Operations Manager Jürgen Nitsch and Managing Director Daniel Gartmann, she will actively drive the company's further development.
Lennard Ratzer also shows what's possible at Rieck. His career began in 2013 with an apprenticeship as an office administrator at Rieck Entsorgungs-Logistik. After his training, he joined the logistics department as a clerk and took every opportunity to further his education: A course in logistics management, a degree in state-certified business administration with a focus on logistics in 2020 and a Bachelor of Arts in General Management in 2023 paved the way for the next rungs on his career ladder.
Lennard Ratzer had already been Deputy Head of Department since 2020. On December 1, 2024, he will take over as Head of Logistics, following in the footsteps of Nadine Möller.
Professional expertise, trust and values
Nadine Möller and Lennard Ratzer are not only outstanding experts in their field, but also embody Rieck's values anew every day. "We are delighted to be able to fill these positions internally," enthuses Daniel Gartmann, Managing Director at Rieck Entsorgungs-Logistik in Neuss, adding: "When our employees reinvent themselves and take on new challenges.“
We wish Nadine and Lennard every success in their new roles - the future of Rieck is in good hands with them!
