The Mecklenburg Agricultural Exhibition in Mühlengeez (MeLa) is one of the largest agricultural trade fairs in north-eastern Germany. Innovations from the agricultural and food industry are always presented here at the beginning of September, as well as more than 1,000 breeding animals from bees to cattle.
Rieck has been the exclusive trade fair partner on site since 2016. This means we are responsible for transporting general cargo, part loads and full loads to and from the trade fair. Our tasks also include unloading and positioning on the almost 200,000 square meters of exhibition space. Whether exhibition stand, tractor or combine harvester: with our fleet of (off-road) forklifts, semi-trailers and trucks, we can position every exhibit precisely on the site. Our colleagues at HOMTRANS also provide us with trailers that we use as mobile storage. Our dispatcher keeps track of drivers and vehicles in his mobile office - a Sprinter equipped with a desk.
